I've been coming here since 2010 and whether they went through new owners or passed down a generation... the food and service have not changed. This is my go to place for ice-cream; even if I have to drive 35 minutes from home for a Missouri Mud Cake with Marshmellow added
Delicious! The blackberry cobbler custard did not disappoint. There were huge pieces of cobbler mixed into my custard. My children loved playing on the playground while they waited for their dessert.
If you're a fan of custard, stop here. I love vanilla, so I avoid too many mix ins. But they have a big menu of specialty concretes.
OMG! This place has the BEST Custard around! From the time they open till close. There is normally a line around the building. The new owners have settled in nicely. Not missing a beat to keep up and move forward in a family friendly positive way. From cleaning the outside of the building, adding a play area, more tables and a giant cone to the roof. They sure are the place to bring the family out and get a cool treat on a hot summer day. My favorite is anything turtle on the menu.

Always the best sweet treat you are looking for!
They have a very large variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. More concrete varieties than you can imagine!
The staff is always very professional and patient ( sometimes it takes a while to decide because of sooo many options) and courteous.
Which says a lot because they are mostly young adults who are high school ages who work here.
They also have an outside play area for the little ones and plenty of parking area for lots of customers to be there at the same time.
Did I mention that the ice cream cones are a much better size for the same money as McDonald's or any type of place like that?
We have been going here for years and it's always been wonderful. The staff is always nice, they work very fast, and the prices are reasonable. The new owners put in a much needed playground for the kids to work off their sugar high! They now offer to pay with cards, traditionally it was always cash. This is a must!
Absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly. Great customer service. I loved all of the antique signs hanging on the walls. Plenty of tables inside as well as benches outside. There is also a play area for the kids with picnic tables to sit at and even a drive thru. I definitely recommend this place! The chocolate malt was amazing!
